We’ve had a lot of inquiries about youcanbook.me recently, and are happy to announce that if we manage your website, it can be integrated, and we can help you get set up.
The youcanbook.me system has two options for integration, which mainly come down to your preference:
Embedded calendar
This method places the booking calendar right onto a page on your website. It allows the user to access their booking without having to leave your website. Bookings are recorded in a Google Calendar you associate with it, so you can easily view it in your normal calendar view.
Calendar button
Where appropriate, you can use a regular link or a button to send users to your custom URL on the youcanbook.me website. When the user gets there, they can manage their bookings in exactly the same way.
Getting started with youcanbook.me
1. To get started, create an account at youcanbook.me.
2. There is a 3-month free trial of the Premium account. To claim this trial, please send an email to team@youcanbook.me.
3. Submit a Support Request to us, and we can guide you through the process of integrating it into your site.
