Pay Per Click (PPC) Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, launch and monitor PPC campaigns
  • Regularly communicate with clients
  • Analyze and report on all relevant metrics, resulting in campaign improvement recommendations and implementation
  • Create and monitor conversion tracking
  • Create scheduled and one-off reports using a variety of reporting tools
  • Prepare presentations for new campaigns

Qualifications

  • Google Adwords Qualified
  • Bing Ads Accredited Professional a plus
  • Significant experience with all aspects of PPC, Google Analytics and Conversion Tracking
  • Experienced with Search, Display and Remarketing campaigns
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (especially Excel)
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • SEO experience a plus
  • WordPress experience a plus
  • PPC experience for many businesses across variety of industries

 

Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

  • New website graphic design, with a focus on WordPress sites
  • Reviewing existing sites and providing suggestions to improve the design
  • Producing great Display Ads

Qualifications & Character

  • Quick turnaround and high quality graphic design
  • A strong portfolio
  • Ability to work with programmers as part of a development team

 

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing sites to find ways to improve SEO ranking
  • Assist sales team by reviewing potential client’s content
  • Working with writers to improve content keyword usage
  • Dealing with new site developments and its effect on SEO

Qualifications & Character

  • Love SEO. It’s not just a skill; It’s what you do!
  • Lots of SEO experience, both on-page and off-page
  • Can explain SEO strategy in simple terms

 

Admin Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Involved in all administrative aspects of the business. These include basic bookkeeping (invoicing, expenses etc), as well as client related admin
  • Regularly communicate with clients via email, phone and ticketing system
  • Assisting with setting up of clients based on detailed checklist
  • Meticulous record keeping and documentation
  • Updating blog and social media posts

Qualifications & Character

  • Excellent writing skills, grammar and punctuation
  • Meticulous, with attention to detail
  • Keen eye for slight errors and inconsistencies
  • Good time management
  • Proficient in productivity applications such as Microsoft Office & Google Docs
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Quickbooks or similar system (invoicing, expenses etc)
  • Competent at using Social Media (particularly Facebook and Google+)
  • Comfortable with using a variety of apps and programs
